We collect only what is necessary to operate AskZentic: your email address and name (for account authentication), your company name and subdomain (for tenant routing), and documents you upload.
How we use your data
Your data is used exclusively to provide the AskZentic service. Documents you upload are processed on your own infrastructure.
Data retention
Account data is retained while your account is active. You may request deletion at any time by contacting [email protected].
Third parties
We use Resend for transactional email, Google for OAuth authentication, and Cloudflare for DNS. Each provider is bound by their own privacy policies.
